Despite being bested by East Asians in IQ tests, any person with respectable intelligence would easily admit that whites contributed more than 95% of humanity's achievements.

Long-term planning didn't really occur in traditional communities because the environment is too volatile. Thousands of years of conditioning, generating the same kind of outlook regardless of whether it be in South America, subsaharan Africa or Oceania.

There is so much that actually goes into the genetics of it both at a genetic and epigenetic level that we'll never figure it out on Sheeky Forums. All the brain size, shape, color, density, whatever studies in the world mean nothing compared to a finding whichever 1, 10, 100, 1000, 100000 differing codons combine in which way to create the right combination of aminos to crystalize the exact intellectual base that leads to it.
The actual biology of it may very well be solved by whatever country decides to dive fastest, hardest, and most recklessly into genetic engineering, probably ignoring human rights in the process. It certainly is a thing that is possible, but its not a thing you can do without either turning to selective breeding or actually engaging in eugenics. think its as simple as western europe is a nice place to live most of the year but gets cold as fuck during winter so for a people to thrive there you have to figure out long-term planning skills and delayal of gratification (storing grain throughout the winter instead of just eating it all as you get it, make thick furs, insulate your homes, ect) which no other race has been forced to learn since most of humanity lives in climates where its warm all year round

It doesn't work like that. A hot, sunny climate creates an evolutionary pressure on Californian blonde girls which gives an advantage to those among them who are slightly darker than the rest. Which led to the increasingly efficient mass-production of weapons of war. Which led to colonialism. Which produced greater and greater resources for those capitalist industries to produce even more weapons of war. Which then led to imperialism. When then led to WWI and WWII.

In Europe, "usury" was illegal, if you were a Christian. But the Kings and lords, were constantly in need of loans to finance their ventures. Before about 1700 the West was poised to be just another of a few impressive civilizations, it had beautiful art and music, a new and potent religion, wealthy kings and noblemen atop a complex society, etc. They then went through a series of completely unprecedented technological/societal changes around this period, the reasons for which are completely unclear.
The most important of these is arguably the agricultural revolution, specifically the method developed in England of cycling crop types to keep production running every year, this allows population to expand without famine.
Sanitation drops infant mortality which allows the population explosion, if the above development is present(see Africa for an example of how this can go very wrong).
The steam engine's importance hardly needs to be restated. It moves the production of energy from living creature, whether man or beast, to inanimate object.
There are more of these, maybe about 10 or so, and they all needed to happen at roughly the same period for the West to explode across the Earth the way they did. Simply chalking it up to 'the scientific method' or something like that doesn't account for their bizarre coincidence.
