I've been in your shoes OP, the only way to save what you have left is to use Hydrogen peroxide baths for your hair, aplly the peroxide and leave it for atleast an hour each day.
BTW it has to be atleast 15 procent strong.

is just a parting. use less hair products and cut down on shampoo. use water as a replacement for every other way maybe. shampoo kills your hair. if using water, make sure to properly scritch at your scalp with your finger tips before washing, comb it carefully abs then wash with water for about ten minutes and scritch your scalp with your finger tips again. chances are, your hair will look like you've just shampooed
